The role of Sales Support Consultant will primarily be to support the Regional Sales Manager in filling permanent vacancies in schools and delivering the company’s annual sales target. Secondly there will also be an opportunity to start to build their own area of the business which could bring its own financial rewards.
The role will involve the organisation and mapping of new and existing clients both on our database and marketing platforms. This would require a good level of organisation and the ability to research new clients when required.
The role will involve regular campaign writing, marketing to schools and social media campaigns. A level of proficiency with LinkedIn would also be advantageous. We are looking to recruit someone who has a dynamic and flexible approach to work. Ideally, you will have recent experience in administrative or sales work within the recruitment industry or a similar private sector field, you must be able to demonstrate a consistent work history.
Alternatively, a recent graduate with a business or related degree would also be considered. A proactive and creative thinker is required for the role. Although this position will be based in an office, we are a small team who are occasionally remotely based so the ability to work and be motivated independently from time to time is crucial. There would be an element of mainland travel on occasions as well as the possibility of international travel in the future.
You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as good level of IT proficiency. An understanding of social media and networking skills would be advantageous.
