Our Ambition
Our aim is to recruit high calibre teachers from countries whose educational values are as high of those in England in order to capitalise on the experience and quality that teachers from other countries can bring to English classrooms.
We want to make international teachers happy! We want them to not only experience a wonderful teaching position in England but to make the most of what this amazing country has to offer along with the travel opportunities around Europe. We want our teachers to make lifelong friends along the way, share new experiences and grow as teachers and as individuals.
We also welcome the recruitment of teachers based in England looking for work and to British teachers working internationally who are looking to return to England.
History of Quantum Scholars
Quantum Scholars began in 2017 when it piloted the Department of Education’s STEM international recruitment program. The program flourished into becoming a national framework and Quantum Scholars were very proud to have been an integral provider to the program. The program finished in 2021 but Quantum Scholars have since expanded to now offer wider recruitment across all secondary subjects and into primary schools.
Our growing success continues to attract the best teachers from around the world. A high quality support and acclimatisation package is available to candidates through our partnership with a leading teaching school in England.
