TEACHER RECRUITMENT PROCESS IN THE UK

Follow these simple steps towards securing your perfect teaching position in the UK. The teacher recruitment process for the UK is simple and straightforward.
STEP 1: REGISTER AND INTERVIEW
Once you have registered an interest in Quantum Scholars and your details look an appropriate match, we will invite you to interview. This initial meeting will give us a greater understanding of your character and teaching experience as well as understanding more about your personal situation Using this information, we will begin to formulate a plan as to what will be the most suitably matching schools and location to your character and skill-set. STEP 2: PRESENTING OPPORTUNITIES AND SCHOOL INTERVIEW
Once you feel 100% committed to teaching in England the fun now begins! The teacher selection process in the UK will allow you to be matched with a school(s) suited to your specific interests and requirements before an interview is organised. This will typically be conducted via video conference and you’ll be provided with full preparation to enable you to get the best out of the interview
STEP 3: ACCEPTING A POSITION AND RELOCATION PHASE
Once a teaching position has been offered and accepted it is time to start planning your trip to England! During the relocation phase you will be assisted through the visa process, provided with guidance on securing accommodation and introduced to new friends who will be relocating to the same region. As a teacher joining Quantum Scholars you will become part of a close knit group where you will have the opportunity to build new friendships and even secure shared accommodation.
STEP 4: ARRIVAL IN ENGLAND AND INDUCTION TRAINING
One of the real benefits to being a teacher with Quantum Scholars is the training you will receive prior to school starting. The training is delivered by a renowned teacher training school in England that Quantum Scholars have partnered with for years. There is also a social event which takes place at the end of the week allowing Quantum Scholars to relax and unwind after training.
